In honour of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, the Victoria Conservatory of Music is set to host a special event on Sunday, Sept. 29, to highlight Indigenous performers.

“We are aiming to create space for Indigenous performers and music students, and create space for dialogue through music,” said Nathan Medd, the Conservatory’s CEO. “Music can be a bridge to understanding, and we have heard a desire for the Conservatory to play a role on this day and to support artists who help us toward that understanding.”

This feature makes it feel more like speaking to a person than using a standard chatbot. Users can ask questions and interrupt when needed, making the conversation more fluid and responsive.

Microsoft has officially announced that, while WSUS will continue to operate for now, the company is no longer investing in new capabilities or accepting feature requests for the service.

For those not intimately familiar with the inner workings of Windows enterprise administration, Windows Server Update Services has been a staple tool since its introduction in 2005 as “Software Update Services.” It allows IT teams to centrally manage and deploy updates across their Windows device fleets from a dedicated server, rather than having each machine fetch patches individually from Microsoft’s servers.
