Change your target market. Aim for the guy with a gardening service, pool repairs, the sweet shop on the corner, etc. Provide each with 2GB storage – far more than they will likely need in a lifetime. Charge each R 49/month for semi-managed (you’d prefer them taking this, as you have limited cPanel logins available and you don’t want customers sharing details to do something like setup a new email address) – website setup, maintenance and so on are additional.
Using your last example (200GB @ R 1,900), you can have at LEAST 100 customers paying R 49/month. You will only need to setup FTP accounts, redirects, email accounts, etc – realistically, with the target market I’m pointing towards these will never…
