Do you offer Anti-DDOS protection?

Do you offer VPS with Windows OS?
No. By default all our VPS can be automatically installed with Linux OS. If you need other, Non-Linux OS, then have to choose KVM based VPS (V1-V8) and then install OS by yourself from your own .iso image.
Also, if you need Desktop, then you can install GUI Gnome Desktop with VNC server in your VPS as instructed here:
