Similar to Snarfangel, I too swtiched over from Arvixe and thus far have been pretty happy. They don’t have live chat so any issues requires a ticket to be created. General response time for me so far has been around 2hrs. Some may say that seems long but what I like is that they take the time to address ALL the issues/questions in the ticket rather than me having to keep going back for clarification. Hope this helps

The patient support engineers at HostWithLove have spent two weeks working with me to resolve a problem interaction between their antivirus and some PHP files on one of my (hobby) hosted sites. The details would just clutter this post, but suffice to say their AV was doing its job. Let me be clear: HostWithLove has burned through at least two years of profits from my account on this one issue. It has been resolved perfectly, but I likely would’ve given up had it not been for their patience, diligence, solid troubleshooting skills, and good communication. It has not been my only interaction with HostWithLove; they’ve helped on the initial setup as well. Further, their sales office made me an offer too good to pass up to get me there. Server uptime is always very good in the UK. (They use Host Dime in the UK) don’t think they have even had any major outages. Servers are white label and so are the IP’s.

I needed to move my reseller from Eleven2 since everyday I had downtimes and they told me the problems were fixed but the following day same issues happened. After seeing their offer on the offer section I decided to give them a try and I think that was the best choice I have ever done. Fast support, always reply nicely, fast replies, almost no downtime, in fact, I think 99.9% of the times there has been a downtime they have notified before and the ones who they didn’t were solved in less than a blink of an eye (I can count with the palm of my hands how many downtimes have I had with them). One of the things impressed me when I moved with them is how the explain any issue you have and they give you how it happened, why and everything related to the problem, they just don’t say “Fixed, please check now” as my old company used to, they give you all information they can.

What I really respect is that they take the time to explain what’s going on even if you did not ask for it. For me, this is really good customer service since they feel obligated to tell the truth. I consider myself as a tough customer and I usually ask like dozens of questions before getting into something — and they are really patient to answer them. Coming from a Sales & Customer Service background, I have a lot of expectations and they exceed my expectations more than once. So yes, if you are looking for affordable hosting, go with HostWithLove. I use WPengine, Pagely, Websynthesis (and you name it, I tried nearly all of them) but when it comes to service, quality and pricing, these guys are really on par with the big boys — if not higher.

By the way, HostWithLove – 2 thumbs up to your support team! These folks seem to be very knowledgeable and very friendly. I haven’t seen ANY downtime at all so far. My sites are also loading a lot faster than with a previous host. Maybe that’s why I got a boost in SERPs? Anyway, great company, great service, great support.

After numerous emails back and forth I decided to give HWL and their reseller plan (and ticket-based support system) the benefit of the doubt. I have to say, I am so glad I did. My websites have never performed better, my PageSpeed Insights scores immediately jumped 10 points and, most thankfully, support has been absolutely first-class. Alex, Trevor and the team have been 100% effective, efficient and totally pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate the help they have been in making my job easier and in providing my customers hosting that I feel, based on a lot of experience, is second to none. Great job!
