They are fantastic folks who truly do seem to care about the service they are offering to clients. I can’t rave enough about them. I’m with Hostwithlove only for a few weeks on a reseller account (location in Los Angeles/Amsterdam/Singapore). All I can say, is they went out of their way to provide great support. As I’m a novice, they fixed my mistake before I could ask them, added solution without charging. So far I can only highly recommend them

Because of WHT I decided to go with HWL, and believe be me they are just great, the whole process was extremely easy (only on my side) they moved all my stuff over. I tried a few other companies in the last 2 months but none made me happy!

Similar to Snarfangel, I too swtiched over from Arvixe and thus far have been pretty happy. They don’t have live chat so any issues requires a ticket to be created. General response time for me so far has been around 2hrs. Some may say that seems long but what I like is that they take the time to address ALL the issues/questions in the ticket rather than me having to keep going back for clarification. Hope this helps

Jansen is very knowladgeable.

Server uptime is always very good in the UK. (They use Host Dime in the UK) don’t think they have even had any major outages. Servers are white label and so are the IP’s.

Fast support, always reply nicely, fast replies, almost no downtime, in fact, I think 99.9% of the times there has been a downtime they have notified before and the ones who they didn’t were solved in less than a blink of an eye (I can count with the palm of my hands how many downtimes have I had with them). One of the things impressed me when I moved with them is how the explain any issue you have and they give you how it happened, why and everything related to the problem, they just don’t say “Fixed, please check now” as my old company used to, they give you all information they can.

What I really respect is that they take the time to explain what’s going on even if you did not ask for it. For me, this is really good customer service since they feel obligated to tell the truth. I consider myself as a tough customer and I usually ask like dozens of questions before getting into something — and they are really patient to answer them. Coming from a Sales & Customer Service background, I have a lot of expectations and they exceed my expectations more than once. So yes, if you are looking for affordable hosting, go with HostWithLove. I use WPengine, Pagely, Websynthesis (and you name it, I tried nearly all of them) but when it comes to service, quality and pricing, these guys are really on par with the big boys — if not higher.

I was a customer for more than 3 months. Their ticket system may look slow but their answers are awesome. You may feel let down, but once you see their reply you will be amazed. Down to earth support team. Site speed was good, and nice uptime (I tested their Singapore server)

Yes, we host our web sites on HostWithLove too. Their servers are running very stable. The support team detect the cause of your issue immediately and resolve it quickly. It is family company and they are very friendly humans. I highly recommend them too.

After numerous emails back and forth I decided to give HWL and their reseller plan (and ticket-based support system) the benefit of the doubt. I have to say, I am so glad I did. My websites have never performed better, my PageSpeed Insights scores immediately jumped 10 points and, most thankfully, support has been absolutely first-class. Alex, Trevor and the team have been 100% effective, efficient and totally pleasant to deal with. I really appreciate the help they have been in making my job easier and in providing my customers hosting that I feel, based on a lot of experience, is second to none. Great job!
