  • We require no personal identifying information to create an account and order service. Why are you willingly giving up your very detailed personal information? Does your webhost mail you Christmas cards or call you on your birthday? How many staff members, or outsourced help has access to your personal details? With INCOG.HOST, we only require what is required to create your account which includes a first/last name or alias (It’s how our system addresses you) and an email address.
  • All services can be paid for with various cryptocurrencies. In fact, this is how we prefer to be paid. If you want to pay with PayPal or Credit Card, that is okay too, though we will require identify verification to protect ourselves against fraud though we do not store your information beyond initial verification.
  • Our website, customer portal, and your service control panel is accessible via the regular internet as well as the Tor Network (as an Onion Service) and the I2P network natively. These anonymity networks protect your identity.
  • Our website uses no 3rd party embedded elements like fonts, or analytic trackers nor do we use a CDN or javascript.
  • We offer PGP encrypted webmail by default on all shared hosting services.
