One.com acquires Finnish web hosting company Zoner

Denmark-based global web hosting services company group.ONE (one.com) has acquired Finnish web hosting company Zoner Oy. This is the group’s 6th acquisition in the past year, following deals in Norway, Denmark and the Netherlands. Group.ONE CEO Stephan Wolfram said that Zoner had experienced strong growth in recent years and had an attractive product portfolio. The deal fits with its ambition to become the leading hosting and web services provider in Northern Europe after securing backing from private equity fund Cinven in early 2019.
