The context collapse has escalated at the site formerly known as Twitter: Starting sometime yesterday, the previews that X automatically generates of shared links now strips them of headlines and displays only the lead art and the link’s domain name in the bottom-left corner. Sessions for service providers, public taking place Oct. 19 at North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre The County of Simcoe and the Town of Midland are hosting forums for service providers and residents with a focus on supporting people who are unhoused. The forums will take place Oct. 19 at the North Simcoe Sports and Recreation Centre, 527 Len Self Blvd., Midland. The goal is “to foster and share ideas, tools, and resources with the purpose of uniting residents in building up a brighter future for unhoused individuals,” according to a news release.
