*If I talk about the help desk tickets, Billing and sales department are a bit slow in responding while Technical department is fast and they responded almost every time to my tickets in about 30 minutes or so.

Pricing:
I think of all the reseller hosting providers available they have the most affordable plans for a reseller or I might have missed some other better ones but the ones I looked at, I found SkyNetHosting the best.
Uptime:
The uptime is great too, only the month of June 2016, and May 2016 i think was a bit bad as the uptime for that month went down than guaranteed but that was covered by the SLA and I was compensated for that downtime.
Domain pricing for the domain reseller however went high recently which is higher than other domain resellers.
Overall the experience with them has been great up till now and I hope it stays the same in future. Kudos to SkyNetHosting
