Similar to Snarfangel, I too swtiched over from Arvixe and thus far have been pretty happy. They don’t have live chat so any issues requires a ticket to be created. General response time for me so far has been around 2hrs. Some may say that seems long but what I like is that they take the time to address ALL the issues/questions in the ticket rather than me having to keep going back for clarification. Hope this helps

Server uptime is always very good in the UK. (They use Host Dime in the UK) don’t think they have even had any major outages. Servers are white label and so are the IP’s.

Fast support, always reply nicely, fast replies, almost no downtime, in fact, I think 99.9% of the times there has been a downtime they have notified before and the ones who they didn’t were solved in less than a blink of an eye (I can count with the palm of my hands how many downtimes have I had with them). One of the things impressed me when I moved with them is how the explain any issue you have and they give you how it happened, why and everything related to the problem, they just don’t say “Fixed, please check now” as my old company used to, they give you all information they can.

What I really respect is that they take the time to explain what’s going on even if you did not ask for it. For me, this is really good customer service since they feel obligated to tell the truth. I consider myself as a tough customer and I usually ask like dozens of questions before getting into something — and they are really patient to answer them. Coming from a Sales & Customer Service background, I have a lot of expectations and they exceed my expectations more than once. After numerous emails back and forth I decided to give HWL and their reseller plan (and ticket-based support system) the benefit of the doubt. I have to say, I am so glad I did.
