Laura Woods has been forced to pull out of hosting Tyson Fury vs Oleksandr Usyk after revealing a horror injury.

The TNT Sports and DAZN host was absent from coverage of Fury’s weigh-in against Usyk on Friday and she has now posted a heartfelt update on Friday evening revealing she is unable to attend the clash after sustaining serious injuries while on holiday with boyfriend Adam Collard.

She said on social media: “Just wanted to explain my absence from the telly for a little while, to be totally transparent and avoid any speculation.

“I had an accident last weekend at a holiday cottage. I swung a pillow and hit a large, glass lampshade hanging from the ceiling above me, which shattered and cut my face and arms, but luckily missed my eye.

London’s first dedicated rosé wine festival is to be held in May in response to the remarkable rise in popularity of “the pink stuff” over recent years.

Three day event The Rosé Festival takes place at the start of the London summer season from 27th to 29th May at Fulham Palace.

Discord is switching to expiring links for files shared off-platform – MSN

Discord is changing its approach to file hosting in an effort to crack down on malware. The platform will begin using temporary file links that will expire after 24 hours for user content shared outside of Discord, BleepingComputer reported. The change is expected to go into effect by the end of the year.

Switching to temporary file links “will help our safety team restrict access to flagged content, and generally reduce the amount of malware distributed using our CDN [content delivery network],” a spokesperson for Discord told BleepingComputer. Discord also noted, “If users are using Discord to host files, we’d recommend they find a more suitable service.”
