As with all colocation be sure to ensure the provider answers quite a few questions for you.

1. Remote hands fees.
2. Remote hands hours if they have techs on site. One of the companies sites seems to state “Lights-out DC” which typically means there is no one there 24/7 which can be a big red flag.
3. How is sales / support questions answered for you.
4. These days most providers offer 10G ports free of charge or at a low fee $10 isn’t a bad cost just be sure you know what over usage…
