Here’s how the cost breaks down for the basic shared hosting:

  • $7 per month for a month-by-month contract (with an initial month for $2.50)
  • $2.50 per month for a one-year plan

In addition to affordable prices, the company offers free website migration, unlimited emails for shared web hosting plans, weekly backups and unlimited storage space.

However, we experienced issues getting in touch with Interserver’s customer support, an essential part of any web hosting service that might be easy to overlook until you…

Ionos Review 2021 – Forbes Advisor

Ionos offers one of the most affordable introductory offers, at $1 per month for the first year. After that, however, you’ll be paying $10 per month on an annual plan.

It’s worth noting that Ionos does offer month-to-month plans, although the offer is not clearly stated on its website. A customer representative told Forbes Advisor that after the initial year, you’ll be able to call and switch to a monthly plan that will cost around $12 to $13, but the exact cost is subject to change.

Ionos’ 30-day money-back guarantee policy is standard for web hosting providers. There are exceptions, such as MochaHost, which has one of the longest trial periods we’ve seen, but overall, most services give you a one month trial.

Finally,…

TMDHosting Review 2021 – Forbes Advisor

TMDHosting makes our 2021 list of best web hosting services. The company offers one of the more competitive return policies on the market, with a 60-day trial period. Most competitors provide a 30-day money-back guarantee, which makes TMDHosting’s policy double the standard timeframe.

Here’s how the cost breaks down by plan for the basic shared hosting:

  • $4.95 per month for the one-year plan
  • $3.95 per month for the two-year plan
  • $2.95 per month for the three-year plan

It’s worth keeping in mind that TMDHosting does not offer month-to-month plans, so you will have to commit to at least a full year of service. However, its year-long plans are priced at competitive rates.

Each plan offers unlimited SSD storage and a free domain….

SiteGround Review 2021 – Forbes Advisor

SiteGround takes a different approach to web hosting compared to most of its competitors. Like many web hosting providers, it uses a discounted introductory price (that soars upon renewal) to try to secure new customers. In addition to knocking off about 65% off the original price for your first term, SiteGround offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

You won’t find many mentions of “unlimited”—SiteGround prefers to let its users know precisely how much storage they get with each plan. The site visitors metric (10,000 monthly for the lowest priced plan) is more of an approximation, and that traffic is unmetered.

Like most other web hosts, you get a free secure sockets layer (SSL) certificate, so data to and from your site is…
