Jane McDonald has announced a new TV job days after stepping in to present the British Soap Awards. The TV personality replaced Phillip Schofield, who was originally set to present the award show, after he quit ITV. After Jane was revealed as Phillip’s replacement she was full of excitement to take over.

At the time Jane, 60, said: “Oh my god…..everyone knows how much I LOVE my soaps, this year I’ve been honoured to be mentioned in Corrie, EastEnders and Emmerdale, so this is just a dream come true.

Biden Hosting British Prime Minister Sunak for White House Talks

U.S. President Joe Biden is hosting British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak for talks at the White House Thursday that are expected to cover economic ties and supporting Ukraine in its defense against a Russian invasion.

The visit by Sunak is his first to the United States since becoming prime minister in October, but he and Biden have already met three times this year.

British Airways, BBC and Boots Staff Hit By Russia-Linked Cyber-Hack

It has been reported that tens of thousands of British Airways, BBC and Boots staff may have had their personal details stolen following a suspected Russia-linked cyber attack. BA has written to many of its 34,000-strong workforce warning them of a “cyber security incident which has led to the disclosure of personal information about colleagues paid through British Airways’ payroll in the UK and Ireland”.

An email to BA staff – seen by the Telegraph – warns that the compromised information includes names, addresses, national insurance numbers, banking details and other information. The hack is linked to BA’s payroll provider, Zellis, and other companies that work with the company have also had their information stolen.
