‘Honoured And Excited!’ Malta’s Dana McKeon Will Be Hosting Berlin’s Beatbox World Championships

Maltese beatboxer Dana McKeon has been announced as one of the hosts for the one of the biggest events in global beatboxing.

“Honoured and excited to be connecting with the international beatbox community again and sharing the stage with so many legends soon! Let’s do this!” Dana said after Beatbox Battle shared the exciting news.

The Beatbox Battle World Championship will be going down between the 2nd and 6th August in Berlin, Germany. 

“Dana McKeon from Malta is one of our main stage hosts,” the organisers said. “We are very happy to have her in our production crew because she is many years active involved into the world champs event series.”

Zimbabwe to host CANA Zone IV Swimming championships

ZIMBABWE Swimming has said they are set to host the African Swimming Confederation (CANA) Zone IV championships in Harare starting on April 26. 

The championship was initially meant to be hosted by Malawi however, due to that country not being able to be the host nation, they ended up giving their hosting rights to Zimbabwe with just over a month to go to the prestigious games.

Swimming Zimbabwe board chairperson Zanele Nkomazana confirmed that the country has been awarded the hosting rights by Malawi during the recently ended Zimbabwe Senior Swimming Championships which were held in Bulawayo and ended on Monday.
