Signal Park, a Guinness Homes development in Tolworth, South London, will be hosting a Christmas celebration at its marketing suite on Saturday, December 2, between 11am and 3pm.

Visitors can enjoy a selection of festive treats including mince pies and hot chocolate, as well as a performance by the local choir who will be singing a medley of Christmas carols.

There is also a chance for attendees to get a head start on their Christmas admin by taking their presents to be wrapped by a complimentary gift-wrapping service.

The marketing suite and show home will be open for viewings and sales advisers will also be on hand to answer any questions about the development or shared ownership.
