How to set up a dedicated server for Soulmask

Soulmask is the latest in a long line of massively popular 2024 survival games, and just like all the others, you have to take matters into your own hands if you want to play the game on a private online server.

Thankfully, setting up a dedicated server for Soulmask doesn’t seem to be nearly as tedious as the process has been for other games in the past (looking right at you, Palworld). Still, the nature of the beast dictates that there is absolutely nothing intuitive about the process, so you’re still going to want to follow a guide closely.

Here’s how to set up a dedicated server in Soulmask.

Do I have a good dedicated server for the price?

unless in that price there is a cpanel license, and some type of management, that’s a complete scam price

4 cores, wtf
32gb ram, ok, low, but maybe you just don’t need more.
500gb ssd raid1
it mentions “cpanel”, does the provider give you the cpanel license?

considering the cpanel license is about $50 month or so, that server costs you $230 usd per month.

your server name says “self-managed” so i asume there is not managment involved, the server price shouldn’t be over $100usd lol.

we are talking about a 4 core server, and googling the name it’s a ntel Xeon-D 2123IT, wich is a low-end cpu of 6 years ago.

if the server works OK for you, that means you may even move to a strong VPS on a good provider, and save like $200 per month, and get better results.

If the server doesn’t work good…

Plymouth is hosting a festival dedicated to seagulls

Britain’s most notorious avian troublemakers are being celebrated in the nation’s inaugural festival dedicated to seagulls. Gullfest, taking place in Plymouth, will feature a two-hour parade where enthusiasts donning costumes of the feathered creatures will perform a song crafted in their honour.

The event is centred around the 37 Looe Street gallery and will see approximately 40 performers and artists engaging in music, spoken word, poetry, painting, and film events to pay homage to gulls as “majestic” companions to humans, reports the Daily Star.

Organiser Mo Bottomley said: “Gullfest is an arts festival celebrating our great Plymouth co-habitant, the majestic seagull. Whether the svelte lesser black-backed, its larger cousin, the ubiquitous herring gull, the sweet little black-headed…
