Flight tracking map doesn’t show chemtrail planes

A post on Instagram with more than 2,000 likes shows a flight-tracking map of part of the UK covered in short, parallel flight paths.

Text overlaid onto the image says “CONTRAILS OR CH3MTRAILS?”, while part of the caption says “UK 2023 Flight Patterns”.

The post (which has also been shared on Facebook) appears to suggest that the unusual-looking routes shared on the map are linked to so-called ‘chemtrails’, a conspiracy theory which claims that the white lines seen behind planes are actually chemicals being deliberately sprayed into the atmosphere.

These white lines in the sky are actually contrails—water vapour produced by aeroplane engines freezes at high altitude, forming long thin lines of cloud.

Picture doesn’t show Australian Navy ramming ‘illegal immigrant’ boat

Hundreds of people have shared Facebook posts falsely claiming to show two Australian Navy ships ramming “a boat loaded with illegal immigrants that did not respond to requests to stop”.

The posts, which have also been shared on X (formerly known as Twitter), add: “The illegal immigrants were all returned, the crew members arrested and the boat scrapped.”

They also say “that’s the way you do it!”—implying that similar tactics should be used in the UK.

But this picture doesn’t show ships from the Australian Navy or a boat carrying migrants. As we have written before, when the same false claim went viral in 2020, the picture was taken in 2012 and actually shows a flare-up in tensions between China and Japan over a small group of islands in the East…

Viral video doesn’t show Cillian Murphy correcting Prince Harry about being Irish

A video widely shared on social media appears to show actor Cillian Murphy correct Prince Harry about his nationality being Irish, not British. But the video has been altered.

The footage, which appears on Facebook, Twitter and TikTok, shows Prince Harry meeting actors, including Mr Murphy, in front of a poster for the 2017 film Dunkirk.

Prince Harry’s mouth is not visible due to the camera angle, and so the audio and subtitles give the false impression of a conversation about nationality taking place between the two individuals.

In the audio, one voice—supposedly belonging to Prince Harry—says “so you’re British”, to which Cillian Murphy’s voice responds: “no I’m Irish”. The first voice repeats: “I know, British” and Mr Murphy says again:…

Fix: “File Doesn’t Exist On the Client” Project Zomboid

When connecting to a server in Project Zomboid, you may encounter an error message that reads “File doesn’t exist on the client“, followed by the address of the file in question. This error is generally related to the mods installed on the client’s or the host’s system. The error message may also read “File doesn’t match the one on the server“, but these two errors are caused by the exact same reasons.

How to Fix File Doesn't Exist on Client Error in Project Zomboid
How to Fix the ‘File Doesn’t Exist on Client’ Error in Project Zomboid

This error message can be very misleading because, while it can be caused by missing mods, it can also occur if the client or server host’s mods are simply outdated.

However, this error can even occur when the client and host seemingly have all the required mods installed and up to date. In this…
