Baltimore ‘unlikely’ to host 2026 NFL Draft; don’t rule out future drafts, though

After 50 years of New York City hosting the NFL Draft, the NFL broadened the location to various NFL cities in 2015. In that time, the draft has been moved around from Chicago, Philadelphia and Nashville to Detroit hosting the event next week. The Ravens, namely Team President Sashi Brown, have recently shared their desire to host the prestigious event; sadly, Ravens fans will have to wait to rock the house.

In a virtual interview with WMAR-2’s Shawn Stepner, NFL Executive VP of club business, international & league events Peter O’Reilly said it’s “unlikely” the Ravens will host the 2026 NFL Draft.

Hostinger has become the latest website hosting provider to incorporate Artificial Intelligence (AI) to its website builder service with the launch of WordPress AI Assistant.

Free for its WordPress clients, the AI Assistant tool is a plugin that helps users create blog posts based on the description entered.

Hostinger hints that more AI tools will be incorporated into its website hosting service, explaining that the company chose to start with blog posts first because it’s one of the more popular content types.

Police don’t advise smashing car windows to rescue dogs in hot weather

Claims that “police say” you can smash a window to rescue a dog from a hot car after taking a photograph and waiting five minutes have been shared almost 180,000 times on Facebook

The posts, which encourage others to copy and paste the content in order to share it more widely, say: “Police say if you see a dog locked in a car in case of high heat, take a picture of the dog and the car, call the police, wait 5 minutes and break the car window. 

“This way you will not be charged with criminal damage and will give evidence to the police to take the dog owners to court.”

But this isn’t true. The National Police Chiefs’ Council told Full Fact that the information shared online is “not accurate”.
