Julie Chen Moonves will be out of Big Brother on Thursday night due to Covid, and Jerry O’Connell is stepping in.

The long-time CBS host shared in a statement on social media that she would not be hosting the eviction episode due on Thursday, September 12.

“Friday morning I woke up with a sore throat and went to see my good friend who is an ENT. That night he called to say I have Covid,” Chen Moonves said in a statement shared on Instagram. “Thankfully this is only the second time for me and it’s been very mild! No fever and just a sore throat.”

Following the separation, both the president of WURD Radio and Lawful-Sanders have provided statements that give some insight into what led to the falling out.
