It’s easy to see why A2 Hosting is one of the best email hosting services out there – it’s a very good all-rounder. It’s also affordable. In terms of reliability and speed, A2 performs well and its support options are extensive. So, if you do need to get in direct contact with the company, it shouldn’t be a problem.

IONOS email review | TechRadar

In an increasingly competitive field, IONOS can claim to be one of the best email hosting providers on the market. This is primarily because of its support and customization options. The sheer number of payment plans and features also means this is one of the more flexible providers around.

There are some downside – especially when it comes to spam filtering – but this is certainly not an email hosting service to discount. It could be exactly what your business needs to enhance the credibility of its brand.

I always find it a little humorous that people believe anything over $1~4/month is “too expensive” for web hosting – many people that have no issues paying $5~10 for a terrible cup of coffee from Starbucks on a regular and ongoing basis.

Shared hosting can be as simple as signing up for a $5/mo VPS, installing cPanel, and then selling pieces of that VPS for pennies per month – and this is what some of the “summer hosts” do [the ones that offer unsustainable offers and then disappear without notice when school starts back up].

Namecheap email review | TechRadar

Namecheap is one of those email hosting providers that also want customers to check out its wide range of other solutions, including shared hosting, VPS hosting, WordPress hosting, a free website builder and more.

Even if you stick to its email hosting, however, you’ll find an excellent service. It’s one of the more affordable email hosting providers on the market and comes with several handy features. Many organizations are looking at private email hosting so they can add a level of respectability to their communications that they can’t get with a generic Gmail address. They’ll certainly get that and more if they choose to sign up for Namecheap.
