Vanna White and Maggie Sajak React to Pat Sajak’s Impending ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Exit

The Wheel of Fortune family is coming to terms with Pat Sajak’s eventual exit.

On Tuesday — one day after the longtime host announced that he’ll be stepping down after the upcoming 41st season — co-host Vanna White shared her thoughts on the news.

“When we started Wheel of Fortune who could have imagined we’d still be at it 41 seasons later?” White, who has been by her co-star’s side since 1982, wrote on Twitter. “I couldn’t be happier to have shared the stage with you for all these years with one more to come. Cheers to you, Pat Sajak!”

Maggie Sajak, Pat’s daughter and the game show’s social correspondent, shared similar sentiments on Instagram.
