That is very much the case with many larger providers, including WPE.

Then you have the developers/designers/site builders who are so used to WPE’s interface/workflow that they don’t want to change even if there is better service and performance.

That said, I think it’s a bit silly to throw WPE under the bus for not contributing more to the community. As far as I know, there are no obligations or requirements for them to contribute a single second or a single penny to the WordPress project, although I suspect there are benefits to doing so.

Captain Lee Exposes Tom Sandoval’s BravoCon Prep Antics

Even though Tom Sandoval might have the test results to prove he’s not a narcissist, that won’t stop the speculation. The Vanderpump Rules star does little to conceal his vanity, no matter the situation he’s in. Now, Captain Lee is having his say on Sandoval.

How will Sandy’s appearance at BravoCon go over? It’s hard to imagine any fans (beyond a small minority) will be there to support Tom. Not to mention how fellow Bravo stars might treat him.

It certainly didn’t help Tom’s case when Bravo veteran Captain Lee started pointing out that vain behavior. Reportedly, Tom went as far as to ignore an important BravoCon prep call to indulge himself. But the Below Deck star has his own theory about Tom’s behavior.

GoDaddy breach exposes 1.2 million customer accounts

The domain registrar and web hosting company GoDaddy has revealed that it suffered a data breach in which the user data of 1.2m of its customers may have been accessed.

In a filing with with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the company’s chief information security officer Demetrius Comes explained that an “unauthorized third party” had gained access to its managed WordPress hosting environment.
