BMV Hosting Job Fair – Inside INdiana Business

The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles is Wednesday hosting a virtual job fair as it looks fill jobs at BMV branches across the state. Positions include customer service representative, team leader, and various branch management roles.

The job fair is in partnership with the Indiana Department of Workforce Development.

“The Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles assists thousands of Hoosiers every day and enjoys great success in serving them thanks to its dedicated team members. We are pleased to partner with the BMV to announce these important opportunities to potential jobseekers,” said DWD Commissioner Fred Payne.

Holly’s House Hosting Safety Fair For Children Saturday

A local organization dedicated to assisting victims of child abuse is hosting an event this weekend to help kids recognize and prevent abuse.
Holly’s House is hosting the safety and awareness fair Saturday September 18 from 1:00 to 4:00 at 750 North Park Drive in Evansville.
The event will feature touch a fire truck exhibit, free snacks, games and activities. There will also be information booths educating kids about various topics to keep them safe.
Other partners in the event include the Evansville Public Library, Soothing Stripes Project, and other partners. In addition to EFP, EPD and EMS, there will also be food trucks selling food during the event.

Workforce Solutions hosting job fair

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – Workforce Solutions North Texas will be hosting a drive-through job fair on Wednesday, Aug. 18.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Family Dollar Store parking lot, located at 711 S. Main St. in Seymour.

Over 60 employers will be present, representing over 100 jobs in the Baylor, Foard, and Cottle County area. No registration or entry fee is required.

Workforce Solutions is a non-profit dedicated to fostering economic development by helping Texas employers and job seekers succeed.
