Ken, 48, has been off for the past three weeks while Mayim Bilaik, 47 has hosted the High School Reunion Tournament.

The special has been denounced by some Jeopardy! lovers as just plain “long”, while others are just not sold on Mayim’s hosting style – so plenty of people are relieved it’s concluding this Thursday.

Big Bang Theory's Mayim Bialik slammed by Jeopardy fans in first clip of hosting duty

As Ken Jennings takes a hiatus from Jeopardy hosting duties, The Big Bang Theory’s Mayim Bialik is set for a short stint in the hot seat for the three-week long High School Reunion Tournament.

However, unfortunately for the actress, fans weren’t impressed by her first-look scenes – which doesn’t bode well with rumours she’s set to stick around for the rest of the quiz show’s current season.

Mayim, 47, looked smart in a chic light blazer and dark shirt combination in the teaser clip for her new role.

In the video shared to the show’s Instagram, Mayim is seen taking up regular hosting duties for the first time in five months as regular host Ken, 48, takes a break.

The 14-part series sees 27 former Teen Tournament contestants from 2019 battle it out again.

For weeks, it appeared the answer was no. But on Monday, for the first time since Jan. 10, typing parler.com into a web browser returned a page to log into…
