Ryan Seacrest is gearing up to make his Wheel of Fortune debut!

Back in June, it was announced that Ryan, 48, will be taking over as host of the ABC game show beginning with the 2024-25 season once longtime host Pat Sajak retires.

In a new interview, Ryan talked about practicing for the new hosting gig, while also revealing what he finds to be the most “challenging” part of the job.

On Monday (September 18), Ryan appeared on Good Morning America where he joked about rehearsing and playing along to Wheel of Fortune at home.

Pat Sajak’s Wheel of Fortune hosting duties are coming to an end soon, but apparently, the TV personality’s notice was sudden and has stirred up quite the commotion.

After 40 seasons as the host of Wheel of Fortune, Pat will be stepping down next year following the conclusion of Season 41.

In what’s potentially the biggest game show news of 2023, Pat Sajak is retiring from hosting “Wheel of Fortune” and “American Idol” frontman Ryan Seacrest is replacing him.

And although an official start date has yet to be announced, the “Wheel of Fortune” Instagram page announced on June 27 that Seacrest would begin spinning the wheel in 2024.
