BotGuard OÜ

BotGuard, a Tallinn, Estonia-based cybersecurity software company, raised €12M in Series A funding.

The round was led by MMC Ventures. Existing investors Tera Ventures and Expeditions Fund also participated in the round, alongside prominent angel investors including Stefan Lindeberg.

The company intends to use the funds to further develop its technology, recruit tech development talent, and expand its sales and marketing teams as it continues to scale globally.

Rocket.Chat Raises US$10M in Series A Bridge Funding

Rocket.Chat, a Wilmington Del.-based startup that provides an open-source chat platform, raised US$ 10m in a Series A “bridge” funding round.

The round was led by Alexia Ventures, Endeavor Catalyst, Endeavor Scaleup Ventures, Bob Young (Founder of RedHat), NEA and Valor Capital Group, in addition to investors such as Greycroft, Monashees, DGF, and Graphene.

The company, which had already raised US$19m in February 2021, intends to use the funds for Research & Development and commercial expansion.

Convesio raises $5M funding to further develop its scalable WordPress Hosting Platform – Web Hosting | Cloud Computing | Datacenter

The investment will enable Convesio to accelerate development of its unique container-based solution and continue to disrupt a market that is slow to innovate.

The investment was secured from a selected group of the private investors, some of whom originally contributed to Convesio’s crowdfunding round in 2019, which raised more than $1M from over 800 individual investors.

The decision to fund further builds on the achievements of Convesio in the last two years, which have validated capabilities of the platform, and the opportunity demonstrated by a growing market. Here, most of the competition still provides costly and complex solutions, based on legacy technology.
