IT solutions provider, Black Box Limited – formerly AGC Networks Limited, has announced the successful completion of its acquisition of GSN Australia. The acquisition was carried out through Black Box Technologies Australia Pty Ltd, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Black Box Limited.
This acquisition is in line with Black Box’s growth strategy and serves to enhance its portfolio of products and services. By integrating GSN Australia into its operations, Black Box will now be able to offer an expanded range of Cloud Contact Center and Digital Experience solutions to its customers.
