Exclusive: Alleged FBI server details and login pages shared on hacking forum

The FBI has declined to comment after alleged IP addresses and physical server locations were posted to a clear web hacking forum.

A member of a popular clear web hacking forum has posted the alleged details of nine FBI.gov servers, complete with hosting ISP, IP addresses, and even what appear to be links to network login pages.

A user by the name of un3xpectedbandit made the post – headed “FBI.GOV backends/IPS/VMS” – on 30 June, with the details showing up on tracking platform Falcon Feeds not long after.

Okta denies it was hacked again after data appears on hacking site

A hacker has shared a new database on an underground forum, claiming it contained data stolen from Okta – however the company begs to differ.

In late October 2023, cybercriminals broke into Okta systems and stole client session cookies, potentially giving them access to those companies’ networks, and opening the doors to malware and ransomware attacks. Subsequent investigation showed that all of Okta’s customers were affected.

North Korean hacking group attacks ScreenConnect flaws to drop dangerous new malware

North Korean state-sponsored threat actors were observed using the recently discovered ScreenConnect vulnerabilities to steal sensitive data from their targets. 

A new report from Kroll shared with TechRadar Pro found a group known as Kimsuky (AKA Thallium) abused two flaws found in ConnectWise’s solution to drop ToddleShark, an upgraded version of the group’s other backdoors, BabyShark and ReconShark.
