Jeopardy! is being rebooted, and first-look photos of its new host have emerged.

Jeopardy! is a beloved American favorite. The reverse quiz show, created by Merv Griffin, began airing in 1964, with the current syndicated version commencing in 1984 and still running to this day. Attracting millions of viewers each week, Jeopardy! sees contestants take part in rounds like Double Jeopardy! and Final Jeopardy!, as well as hunt for the Daily Doubles, stake their winnings, and aim to see another day.

Climate and technology will be high on the agenda for a meeting in Washington between Joe Biden and Anthony Albanese.

The prime minister will travel to the US for an official visit between October 23 and October 26, Mr Albanese’s first official trip to Washington since taking office.

Mr Albanese said discussions with the US president would be productive and build on previous meetings between the pair.

“Our alliance with the United States has long been at the heart of our foreign policy,” he told parliament on Thursday.

“For generations now, we’ve worked together in service of our shared ideals as partners for peace, for security and stability in the Indo-Pacific, but in the wider world as well.”

BELEM, Brazil, Aug 10 (Reuters) – Hosting a United Nations climate summit for tens of thousands of people in any city is a daunting task. Doing it in a part of the Amazon rainforest unaccustomed to hordes of visitors will be even harder.

Belem, a city of 1.3 million in northern Brazil that will host the COP30 climate meeting in 2025, was put to the test during a summit of rainforest nations this week. With roughly half as many hotel beds as the 27,000 summit participants, room rates soared.
