Mankato YMCA hosting day-long retreat dedicated to self-care

MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) – A day of rejuvenation is planned at the Mankato Family YMCA, with a variety of activities & workshops emphasizing the importance of self-care.

The organization will be hosting a one-day Self-Care Retreat on Sunday, Nov. 5.

The event will include a variety of activities and workshops, allowing members and non-members to enjoy a day of rejuvenation.

This is the second retreat the Y has held this year, after a February where over 50 people attended.

Activities at the retreat will include yoga classes, massages, a journaling session, Pilates class, and a special speaker.

The retreat is $75 for members and $85 for non-members and will include lunch, provided by Pappageorge Restaurant.
