Julianne Hough admits she had some fears about starting something new on Dancing with the Stars.

Despite experiencing multiple seasons as either a professional dancer or judge on the show, becoming a co-host for Season 32 was a fresh experience. 

“Obviously starting any new job you have your worries of, ‘I need to do this and show up here and I hope people embrace me and support me,'” Hough exclusively shared with The Messenger while promoting Blender Bites. “But when you’re welcomed home the way that I have been, it actually has just felt super easy because I know the world so well.”

In the first two weeks alone, Hough and her hosting partner Alfonso Ribeiro have welcomed new celebrities including Ariana Madix, Harry Jowsey, Charity Lawson and Jason Mraz into the ballroom.

The message said: “One day at a time.”

In her caption, Julianne wrote: “Taking it day by day” with a sun emoji.

This cryptic message was posted only a few weeks before the DWTS star was set to make her debut on the show as its host.

Season 32 of the competition show will premiere on September 12.

Tyra Banks has shared her thoughts on being replaced by Julianne Hough in the Dancing With The Stars ballroom. Tyra was the host of the dancing competition for three years. She took over the role after longtime host Tom Bergeron and his co-host Erin Andrews were allegedly fired from the show. Tyra hosted two seasons by herself before being joined by co-host Alfonso Ribeiro.

In March, Tyra announced her departure from DWTS. Although she enjoyed hosting the dancing competition each week, she felt it was time to step away.
