Mark Consuelos may have been absent from this morning’s episode of Live with Kelly and Mark, but he and his tight shirts still managed to make their way into Kelly Ripa and guest co-host Andy Cohen‘s host chat.

After Ripa and Consuelos traveled to Tangier, Morocco this weekend for a wedding, the latter flew to Italy to check in on his soccer team, prompting Cohen to step in.

Toward the end of their host chat, Ripa brought up people being bothered by “gym-goers” recording themselves while working out.

“Gym-goers are questioning their filming counterparts online and in person,” she read aloud. “It’s led to some confrontations, people think it’s rude, sometimes people think you are filming them when in fact you are just filming…

“I know that one of the key deciding factors for me was over the past seven years leading up to, you know, this past year I’d been gone so much,” Conseulos shared. “I’d been, you know, in different countries, different states, on a d— airplane every week if not twice a week.”

“Sometimes I’d come see you for 24 hours and get back on a plane and go back to work, and so I was kind of tired of living by myself,” he continued. “I don’t sleep well when I’m away from you. I literally don’t sleep.”

In 2022, Kelly Ripa’s mother, Esther Ripa, dealt with yet another health issue that required her to undergo heart surgery. Kelly spoke about the experience on “Live!” explaining that her mom was doing well, while expressing her gratitude for the healthcare workers she encountered during the ordeal. “[Y]ou don’t really realize what gems hospital workers are,” Kelly told co-host Ryan Seacrest. “Not just the surgeons and the physicians assistants, but those ICU nurses are just so special and so fabulous at allaying anybody’s fears, anxieties and just keeping everyone in the know.”

Kelly described the experience further, joking that her father had been asking her mother too many questions following the procedure, and that she had learned how to deal with these situations….

Kelly Rowland’s flak addressed the former Destiny’s Child singer’s decision to walk off the set of the “Today” show by not acknowledging it at all.

“After 28 years of knowing her, Kelly Rowland remains one of the kindest, most amiable humans I have ever met and have had the blessing to represent,” Yvette Noel-Schure told “Entertainment Tonight” in a statement Tuesday.

Page Six broke the news last week that the “Survivor” singer left co-anchor Hoda Kotb in the lurch by leaving the morning show after her dressing room wasn’t “up to par.”

Hoda Kotb broke her silence amid reports Kelly Rowland walked off her co-hosting gig on Today over dressing room issues.

The 59-year-old host extended another invitation to the Destiny’s Child singer, 43, during Tuesday’s episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna, stating that she is always welcome back on set. 

‘I just wanna say this, I have great love and admiration for Kelly Rowland. I adore her. And I want her to come back on our show, and I want her to host again,’ she explained. 

‘She can share my dressing room — we’ll be in it together!’ the TV presenter quipped. 

Hoda’s longtime co-host Jenna Bush Hager, who had scheduled a day off last Thursday when Kelly was expected to step in, concurred, saying the star is ‘welcome anytime’ because ‘she’s the best.’
