Mumbai, Mar 2 (IANS): Producer and TV host Haarsh Limbachiyaa, who has donned the hat of host for the kids’ singing reality show ‘Superstar Singer 3’, has shared the reason for joining the show, saying being a parent himself, he enjoys being around children.

Talking about the show, Haarsh, who has been the host of ‘Khatra Khatra Khatra’, shared: “I am really excited to host ‘Superstar Singer 3’ for two main reasons. First, I love music, and second and most importantly, I get a chance to witness our country’s young wonders creating magic on stage with their voice.”

Kindersley hosting mental health camp for kids in February – WestCentralOnline

Thanks to the locally based mental health group Life is Worth Living, a set of special “Mental Health Kids Camps” are coming in the new year.

“Registration is now open for our Mental Health Kids Camps in Kindersley during the February break. The camp will run from February 20 – 22 with the mornings dedicated to ages 4-8 and the afternoons dedicated to ages 9-13.”

That was the message shared by the Life is Worth Living Facebook page back on December 21. Limited spots are available for both courses, the age 9+ youth presentation titled ‘Unpacking Brianne’s Backpack’, the other one for kids ages 4-8 titled ‘A Butterfly’s Transformation‘.

Help Kids Fight Cancer At Avon Fundraiser

SIMSBURY/AVON, CT — Tickets are on sale for a special fund-raising dinner in Avon to support a Simsbury nonprofit dedicated to helping children fighting cancer.

Vie for the Kids, Inc. will host its annual Gold Ribbon Dinner at The North House in Avon, 1 Nod Road, on Saturday, Sept. 9, starting at 6:30 p.m.

Guest speakers will include Marisa Caponetti, pediatric cancer survivor, and Dr. Michael Isakoff, who is an oncology doctor at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford and a professor of pediatrics in the University of Connecticut School of Medicine.

Tickets include a three-course dinner with table wine service and a one-hour open bar.

Guests are encouraged to wear dressy casual attire and add a touch of gold in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
