NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Today’ host Sheinelle Jones was visibly emotional towards the end of her New York City marathon journey, sharing hugs and tears with co-host Al Roker as she greeted him.

Jones received unwavering support from her ‘Today’ colleagues as she participated in the New York City Marathon.

On Sunday, November 5, as the marathon unfolded, Jones encountered Roker and Stephanie Ruhle at the sidelines, where they provided enthusiastic cheers and support.

In a poignant video, as Jones reached mile 18, she appeared to be overcome with emotion and teary-eyed when she shared a hug with the meteorologist.

NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Good Morning America’ meteorologist Ginger Zee recently shared a culmination of all her endeavors in and around New York City which included a “gorgeous” ferry ride, a Broadway show, and some fun work moments.

The 42-year-old shared a carousel post on her Instagram, teasing her followers with some sumptuous moments from her everyday life.

Many who saw the post were left awestruck with Zee’s life with one curious fan coming to the fore and asking, “Where does she work?” However, the ‘GMA’ star took notice of this comment on her post and replied to this eager fan.

In a new development, Airbnb has suspended bookings for certain rentals in New York City due to the implementation of stringent short-term rental regulations. These rules aim to curb the practice of landlords and residents renting out their apartments for short stays, which has triggered housing demand spikes and fuelled controversy in the city.

Under the newly enacted regulations, rentals for durations shorter than 30 days are now only permitted if hosts register with the city. Furthermore, hosts are required to be physically present in their homes during the rental period, sharing living spaces with their guests.
