More than a hundred people attended at the Comfacesar Labor Inclusion Fair

Registration of resume, application for vacancies and job orientation, were part of the services offered to more than 100 people with disabilities attending the Labor Inclusion Fair, held this Thursday by the Comfacesar Employment Management and Placement Agency.

The event carried out with the support of the Ministry of Labor, the Public Employment Service, the Mayor’s Office of Valledupar, the Government of Cesar and the Mercy Corps International Agency, had as its main objective linking companies so that they become inclusive by placing workers this population and thus join efforts to improve the social fabric of the region.

People Spending Over 850 Hours On Social Media

According to data presented by the Atlas VPN team, an average internet user now spends 144 minutes (2 hours and 24 minutes) on social media. This translates to an astonishing 876 hours or approximately 36.5 days per year.

These figures are derived from data provided by DataReportal. The data is based on a survey with internet users aged 16 to 64 about their social media usage habits.

Emerging markets exhibit longer social media use. Despite only 14.3% of Nigeria’s population being active social media users, individuals in the country devote an average of 238 minutes (equivalent to 3 hours and 58 minutes) of their daily time to social media, surpassing users in other countries examined in the study. Buena Vista University Hosting Event This Weekend for People to Share … – Storm Lake Radio

Buena Vista University’s BVTV Studios this weekend is hosting a day for people to share a special memory of the Cobblestone Ballroom.

The event will be held this Saturday, April 15th from 10am to noon in the BVTV television studio in the Lage Communications Center, which is next to the victory bell and flagpole on the BVU campus.

Toby Carvery is not giving away free meals to people who comment on a Facebook post

A Facebook post falsely claims that the restaurant chain Toby Carvery is offering two free meals to people who share and comment on it. 

Toby Carvery is owned by the company Mitchells & Butlers, which told Full Fact that it has no connection with the page or post in question.

The post, which has over 3,000 shares and almost 10,000 comments at the time of writing, says: “Here at Toby Carvery we wanted to show you how much we care as we know times haven’t been easy this year so for the school Easter holidays we have decided that everybody who has $hared&¢ommented in the 10 day time frame from now will be given with a 𝐹𝑅𝐸𝐸 meal for 2 that can be used at breakfast, lunch or dinner at any location [sic].”
