To Barrack Street, where this popular pub is hosting a cute Christmas Market

Christmas is about a lot of things but one of our hands-down favourite part is going for pints after a spell of shopping in the markets.

Thankfully, Tom Barry’s has had the foresight to put both these things in one place, making for a rather good festive afternoon out on Sunday, December 10th.

This Christmas the popular Barrack Street pub will host another of their wonderful Christmas markets, giving Leesiders the chance to buy local products and pieces from vendors over hot mulled cider and wine.

“All proceeds go to charity, supporting the incredible work of Trocaire,” said the pub crew on Instagram as they gear up for the holiday season. “Let’s spread the holiday joy and give back to charity while we’re at it!”

OpenAI has unveiled a new tool named GPTbot.

This revolutionary web crawler has been crafted to accumulate data from all corners of the internet, amplifying the precision and capabilities of AI models.

WATCH: Trailer for season two of popular RTÉ series filmed in Clare town

RTÉ HAS dropped the official trailer for season two of the crime series Hidden Assets, which was filmed partially in Clare.

Set to return to our screens this September 3, the six-part series has been given a prime-time slot in the RTÉ Guide for viewers.

The Belgian/Irish production was created by Kin and Red Rock creator, Peter McKenna, and had scenes filmed in Shannon.

Ennis actress, Simone Kirby, stars in the drama alongside Angeline Ball, best known for playing Imelda in The Commitments and Peter Coonan noted for his role as Fran in Love/Hate.

Hidden Assets first aired on November 7, 2021 on RTÉ ONE, with nearly half a million viewers tuning in to watch the highly anticipated season one finale.
