In its updated privacy policy, LinkedIn revealed that posts, articles, and other types of content shared on the platform may be used to improve the performance of its AI models. Meta is bringing more Instagram, WhatsApp and Facebook features with its latest big thing: Meta AI. They have announced that Meta AI can now be used in 22 countries, with new languages it supports. This tool was created to help users with questions, tips and assistance with tasks using the latest Llama 405B model. Zuckerberg shared, “In addition to having significantly better cost/performance relative to closed models, the fact that the 405B model is open will make it the best choice for fine-tuning and distilling smaller models.”

Posts incorrectly claim ULEZ exemption for electric cars ending next year – Full Fact

Posts are circulating on social media incorrectly claiming that an exemption to London’s Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) for electric vehicles is to end next year.

A screenshot of a BBC article with the headline “End to discounts for zero-emission vehicles” in the London section of the BBC News site has been shared with a misleading caption that links this to ULEZ.

Posts with similar captions, which have been shared both on X (formerly Twitter) and on Facebook, say: “NET ZERO -Oh look. All those conned into believing an electric car would prevent them being charged to drive in London are about to be shafted. ULEZ exemption to end next year!”
