Five new shared ownership properties in Moore Close, New Milton are nearing completion, with applications due to open in October.

We have developed the five new houses, which have been designed and built to meet high energy efficiency standards.

They include extra thermal insulation, triple glazing, photovoltaic roof panels, and heating provided by air source heat pump technology. The carpeted homes incorporate a fitted kitchen with built in appliances, two dedicated parking spaces for each property with an electric vehicle charging point, and a private garden.

The TPC Network is proud to partner with ‘Birdies for the Brave’ to host fundraisers at TPC Sugarloaf, TPC Sawgrass, TPC River Highlands and TPC Jasna Polana in aid for veterans and their families.

A military outreach initiative proudly supported by the PGA TOUR, Birdies for the Brave is dedicated to supporting the brave men and women of the U.S. Armed Forces and their families. Since 2004, the PGA TOUR along with its players and corporate partners have raised millions of dollars for military homefront groups who provide critical programs and services to meet the specialized needs of wounded warriors and military families.
