Snapchat AI Chatbot Raises Concerns with Live Story Update

Snapchat AI Chatbot Raises Concerns with Live Story Update

Snapchat users were taken aback on Tuesday night when the platform’s AI chatbot, powered by the popular AI chatbot tool ChatGPT, posted a live update to its profile and mysteriously stopped responding to messages. Normally, this AI feature provides recommendations and engages in conversation with users.

However, the recent incident, where the AI chatbot shared a live Story consisting of a brief video of what seemed to be a wall, raised concerns among Snapchat users. The ability to post live Stories is generally limited to human users, making this occurrence unusual.

It is still unclear why the AI chatbot made this unexpected update to its profile and ceased interacting with users. Snapchat has yet to provide an explanation regarding this behavior. Due to the lack of information, users…

Convesio raises $5M funding to further develop its scalable WordPress Hosting Platform – Web Hosting | Cloud Computing | Datacenter

The investment will enable Convesio to accelerate development of its unique container-based solution and continue to disrupt a market that is slow to innovate.

The investment was secured from a selected group of the private investors, some of whom originally contributed to Convesio’s crowdfunding round in 2019, which raised more than $1M from over 800 individual investors.

The decision to fund further builds on the achievements of Convesio in the last two years, which have validated capabilities of the platform, and the opportunity demonstrated by a growing market. Here, most of the competition still provides costly and complex solutions, based on legacy technology.

Zuddl raises $13M for its simple but powerful virtual events platform – TechCrunch

Will the world ever go back to big in-person events? Of course. Eventually. CES already moved in that direction this year, for better or worse.

Virtual events (or, in many cases, hybrid virtual/physical events) are here to stay. Zuddl, a virtual events platform, has raised a $13.35 million Series A to make them easier to host, simpler to customize, and, hopefully, more engaging.

Co-founder Bharath Varma tells me that Zuddl’s…
