A surprising room in a West Perth townhouse has been named the best Airbnb listing in WA.
The hosts of Summer Studio — a small room on the bottom floor of a three-story home — have been recognised at Airbnb’s annual Host Awards.
Jing and Yang were named finalists in the best room host category after their listing earned a spot in the platform’s top ten per cent of homes based on ratings, reviews, and reliability.
The room has one king bed, a private bathroom, a small kitchen, direct access to the shared backyard, and only two bus stops from the CBD.
Summer Studio was the only WA listing recognised at the 2024 Host Awards.
