A prototyping and wireframing tool with cloud sharing and HTML export features, San Francisco-based Justinmind has built a good reputation since its initial release (way back in the Windows 7 and Mac OSX 10 days).

Settling on a new UX design tool can be difficult, so we’ve done the hard work for you. Justinmind, available for Windows and macOS, has been evaluated on price, features, ease of use, and customer support. We’ve also compared it with competing tools (desktop and browser based) to see how it fares.

Justinmind: Plans and pricing

Japanese tech giant Rakuten Symphony has announced the full-scale commercial launch of its own cloud storage service in Japan. While the free 10GB storage it offers is reasonable, the real game-changer here is its unlimited file transfer service.

Aimed at both individual and enterprise customers, Rakuten Drive allows users to send large files quickly and offers secure, intuitive file storage and sharing on the cloud. The service has integrated Microsoft 365 productivity apps, enabling real-time viewing and editing of documents, decks, and spreadsheets.

Not many design tools fall into the open source category. Penpot is different in this regard, aiming to “provide an open-source & open-standards platform.” 

It’s web-based, particularly suited to web design, and boasts all the features you would expect from this type of app. There is even a collection of editor tools.

One of the larger and more popular web hosting services, Hostinger was founded in 2004 in Lithuania where it started out offering a free service called 000webhost, which still exists today. The company offers a wide variety of hosting packages, including shared hosting, Virtual Private Servers (VPS), cloud hosting and managed WordPress plans. 

Hostinger is also one of the most affordable web hosting services around, provided that you’re willing to commit to 12 or 24 months in advance.
