SOMERSET, Ky. (WYMT) – The Center for Rural Development in Somerset is hosting a concert and special tribute for a woman who died following her battle with cancer.

Raina Simpson, 37, had been battling colon cancer since 2020 before her death on Saturday, Aug. 3.

The event is set for Saturday, Sept. 7 at 7 p.m. at The Center for Rural Development.

Contemporary Christian band Leeland will perform at the concert.
