An SNL Creative Shared BTS Story About Emma Stone Guest Hosting, And I Don't Think We … – MSN

Saturday Night Live is preparing for its milestone 50th season this fall on the 2024 TV schedule, and it’s still baffling to me what happens behind the scenes. Since the variety sketch series is of course live, anything can happen. That also accounts for what goes on when it comes to quick changes and getting ready for the next sketch, as an SNL creative shared a story from when Emma Stone hosted.

In this particular sketch, Stone portrayed a record producer, and the performance included an outfit involving a salt and pepper wig with a mini-mustache and cigarette in hand. Mancuso explained that while Stone originally had a darker wig, they wanted to age her up after seeing one rehearsal. Additionally, Stone “wanted to be balding and have more facial hair,” according to Zakarian,…

Since the variety sketch series is of course live, anything can happen. That also accounts for what goes on when it comes to quick changes and getting ready for the next sketch, as an SNL creative shared a story from when Emma Stone hosted.

The Poor Things actress marked a major milestone with her most recent guest hosting gig, joining the elite Five-Timers Club last December. ‘Worst’ ‘SNL’ host made ‘multiple cast members cry’

“Saturday Night Live” star Bowen Yang said the “worst” host on the comedy sketch show made “multiple cast members cry.”

Bowen Yang reveals ‘SNL’ host’s bad behaviour made cast members cry

‘Saturday Night Live’ cast member Bowen Yang recently opened up about a less-than-pleasant experience with a past host on the show. During a game of “Truth or Kink” on ‘Watch What Happens Live’, Yang shared that a male host’s behavior was so unprofessional that it made “multiple cast members cry” before the table read due to his dislike for the proposed ideas.

While Yang refrained from naming the host in question, speculation has arisen among fans given his tenure on the show since 2018. This isn’t the first time Yang has addressed uncomfortable situations on ‘SNL’. In January, his deliberate distance from Dave Chappelle during the goodbyes segment sparked conversation about Chappelle’s past controversial remarks.

Other former ‘SNL’ cast members have also shared their experiences…

Ego Nwodim Says Mr. Throwback Costar Steph Curry Should Host SNL

Ego Nwodim thinks that her “Mr. Throwback” co-star and NBA champion Stephen “Steph” Curry has the chops to be a phenomenal “Saturday Night Live” host.

And the star would know. Nwodim has appeared on the sketch-comedy series since 2018 and became an official cast member in 2022. After six years, the comedian shared the secret to what makes a successful host.

“The thing about Steph that would be perfect for SNL – it’s not only that he is obviously this phenomenal athlete everyone knows and loves – he’s also down to play, and he’s also a fan of the show. All these things lend themselves to being a good ‘SNL’ host,” the veteran castmember told TheWrap. “If I have any say in it, Steph should come host, for sure.”

This fall “SNL”…
