South Africa's most trusted website hosting provider
MyBroadband’s business technology survey revealed that Afrihost is the most trusted hosting provider in South Africa, followed by Xneelo, Domains.co.za, and Axxess.
783 respondents completed the survey. Only responses from executives and managers who decide which ICT products their companies buy were considered.
As part of the survey, IT decision-makers were asked which hosting provider they trusted the most.
Afrihost dominated the rankings with 49% of the vote, which shows that South African businesses trust its brand more than its competitors.
Although Afrihost is mostly associated with broadband services like fibre and mobile data, it has its roots in the hosting market.
The company was founded in 1999 by three school friends Gian Visser, Brendan Armstrong, and Peter Meintjes.

South Dakota bridge to be dedicated to PFC John Tuin
The South Dakota Department of Veterans Affairs will be hosting a State Bridge Dedication Ceremony to honor U.S. Army Private First Class John Tuin.
The ceremony will be Aug. 2 at 1:30 p.m. at the American Legion Post 184 in Estelline, 222 Main St.
The state Highway 28 bridge over the Big Sioux River, west of Estelline, will be dedicated as the Pfc John Tuin Bridge.
Tuin was reported missing in action on Oct. 6, 1952, while fighting the enemy in Korea. Tuin’s remains are still unaccounted for.
Naming bridges in honor of our combat veterans who died while serving their country is an initiative of Gov. Kristi Noem and the South Dakota departments of military, transportation, and veterans affairs.
