Advice on dedicated server | Web Hosting Talk
Hi everyone,I have 4 WordPress websites, 1 of them with about 200k monthly visits – web traffic. Currently, i am using a dedicated E5-1650 v4 with NVMe, 16GB ram, but i noticed that sometimes the server takes forever to load, and i have MySQL optimized, redis, and object cache installed, they all use PHP 8.1, on cPanel/WHM.
Before i moved these sites on this server, i ran the WPBenchmark plugin, and the results were okay, where i have tested E-2236, E-2136, and AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with NVMe on cPanel/WHM with the same configuration, and the results were much better.
So, my question is which CPU should i choose between E-2236, E-2136, and AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with NVMe drives since i am looking to migrate them? I guess i should be looking for a CPU with a higher single thread since i…

I agree, I think they may base it off cPanel to start with and end up making it stand-alone. Just makes sense. If they did that, it may end up being better than cPanel itself.
I signed up for the beta and tried it some months ago. I was going to give it a quick test again but can’t find the email about it. But then again, as you say it’s based on cPanel. I’d rather it be stand-alone.
I think more will start switching to Webuzo. They need a forum for Webuzo and a better support ticket system…
