Local organizations hosting Hero WOD for Memorial Day to benefit Team RWB

If you are looking for a way to feel patriotic this Memorial Day and give a little something back to an organization that supports veterans, then there is an event in Jasper planned for you.
Saturday, May 22 members from the Alabama National Guard and Fitness 205 (formerly CrossFit 205) are hosting a hero WOD (workout of the day) to benefit Team RWB, an organization dedicated to reintegrating military veterans back into civilian life. Hero WODS honor the memory of military members killed in action.
