Johnson to TikTok: Cut Ties with the CCP or Lose Access to American Markets

Washington, D.C. – U.S. Representative Dusty Johnson (R-S.D.) co-sponsored bipartisan legislation to take further steps to prohibit the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) access to Americans’ private data through apps like TikTok. The Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act would remove CCP-backed ByteDance apps, including TikTok, from American app stores and web hosting services unless the application severs ties to entities like ByteDance that are subject to control of a foreign adversary.

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – Rockford has its share of connections to Broadway, including Tony Award winners, nominees, and a list of talented natives that have graced Manhattan’s theater district.

Holly Willoughby reportedly ‘cuts ties’ with Phillip Schofield, fate of This Morning unknown

This Morning’s Holly Willoughby has reportedly ended her years long close friendship with co-host Phillip Schofield, leaving the future of the UK morning news show uncertain.

After 14 years of hosting together, Willoughby is said to have been left “blind sided” by Schofield addressing a “friction” between the pair, according to British tabloid The Mirror.

After weeks of rumours alleging a feud between the two friends, Schofield released a statement on the matter, calling Willoughby his “rock”.

“We’re the best of friends – as always, she is an incredible support on screen, behind the scenes and on the phone,” Schofield’s statement read.
