I did and it is not budget lights out considering i will be single homed to their network and people keep saying bad things about their network but willing to deal with it for good price but am not sure why Dallas has better price than houston when they like 200-250 miles apart.

Why dont you hosting providers and more data centers want to come to Houston, but fine with Dallas? Is something wrong with Houston?

shouldnt that make Houston cheaper but then it is more expensive

Providers aren’t allowed to offer quotes here in this message, or via PM.

In any case, your requirement isn’t anything too crazy, but keep in mind a config like this may take a day or two to setup as I don’t think many providers will have something like this racked and ready to go.

there is at least 2 AsrocRack with IPMI that supports 14900 … but the price of that MB in my local Senetic is the same as the AM5 ones and the cpu is very close Ryzen for subpar performance … and biggest price factor at least for me is storage… even with so called drop of prices of storage I’m paying close to the same I payed 2019 (yes it is nvme vs ssd back then but my usual workload do peak good ssds) so I do not want to waste expensive storage with subpar cpu saving 50-100 bucks on it and couple of hundred on RAM…
