Lainey Wilson, Carly Pearce, More: See Stunning ACM Honors Red Carpet Looks – MSN

Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Lainey Wilson, and other country stars arrived at one of the historic honky tonks on Lower Broadway in Downtown Nashville, Tennessee, which transformed into a red carpet ahead of the 17th ACM Honors on Wednesday evening (August 21).

Lauren Alaina, Jason Aldean, Lee Ann Womack, Terri Clark, Jackson Dean, Kameron Marlowe, Eric Church, Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Tyler Hubbard, Jamey Johnson, Ashley McBryde and Keith Urban performed tributes to the honorees throughout the evening. The ACM Honors is hailed the “Country Music Industry’s favorite night.”

The 17th ACM Honors will air on Merit Street on Tuesday, September 24 at 9 p.m. ET / 8 p.m. CT / 6 p.m. PT, per the Academy of Country Music. See some of the stunning red carpet looks below.

American Legion Jay Wilson Post 112 hosting Veterans Day events

The American Legion Jay Wilson Post 112 in Madison announced it is hosting its annual
Veterans Day Commemoration Nov. 10-12 to honor all those who have served to protect the country and freedoms.

On Nov. 10 from 4 to 7 p.m., a dinner will be offered to all veterans and their guests that will include homemade meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, dessert, and coffee. This dinner is free for veterans and a $5 donation for guests, according to a news release.

Afterwards, the Full Circle Band will perform.

On Nov. 11, the Legion Auxiliary is preparing a pancake breakfast from 8 to 11 a.m. followed by an event-filled day to include a kid’s coloring contest, a presentation from Jungle Terry, a flag etiquette seminar, and a Chinese auction, the release stated.

Lainey Wilson, Dierks Bentley & Elle King To Co-Host ‘CMA Fest’ TV Special

Lainey Wilson, Dierks Bentley and Elle King are set to host CMA Fest on ABC.

The Country Music Association announced the news early Monday morning (June 5), revealing plans to air the much-anticipated primetime concert special on Wednesday, July 19 at 8/7c on ABC.

CMA Fest, the music event of the summer, is filmed in Nashville during the star-studded, four-day event, set to take place Thursday through Sunday, June 8-11.

The three-hour television special features performances and surprise collaborations taking place on stage during the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium.

This marks Bentley and King’s second time hosting CMA Fest, and Wilson’s first.
